Awakenings Health Institute is a community-based non-profit organization that serves individuals with neurological disorders. Our Solana Beach facility provides affordable and accessible post-acute rehabilitation, as well as specialized fitness and wellness programs. Our primary focus is providing intensive fitness and wellness programs for clients.
The mission of Awakenings Health Institute is to provide an exercise-based therapy and post rehabilitation program to increase overall function and quality of life for individuals with neurological disorders.
Awakenings' physiological, athletic, and holistic approach to recovery uses many treatment modalities, including specialized weight and strength training, massage, acupuncture, nutrition, chiropractic, herbal medicine and bodywork. Our goal is to improve quality of life by providing exceptional facilities, modern equipment, specialized and experienced personnel, and most of all, personalized and friendly care.
